No support

I stuck at certain level and request support for more than week, never got any respond except the system automatic reply. Will definitely removing this memory consuming game if problem not fixed by next update. BTW, this is the second bug I found that relate to stuck issue, the response from last time was: this is a known issue and we are trying to have it resolved..., which happened weeks ago..... I doubt if game is abandon by gaming company already. So ppl, dont do any in-app purchase since the game seems dying.
